Support

To step out and follow the dream I believe is God's calling, I have to leave as a pastor/preacher in Viera church in Bratislava, and throw in my full capacity and abilities into the mission to:

1. foster the working together between the pastors and support their shared ministry to the community

2. create a platform of support for their ministry.

However, I cannot venture on this journey alone. I need people around me to work with me and support me. People that will join me to respond to this call from God. Maybe, this is an invitation for you to:

Pray for me

Do let me know if you want to become a part of my team and get regular updates about how you can pray for change in our leadership culture in Slovakia, for pastors, for what Christians do in cities and towns across Slovakia, and for the emerging support platform for ministers in Slovakia.

It is my belief that we can do more than pray only after we have prayed first. That is why, for many years, my friends and I have been weaving together a prayer network in Slovakia, and supporting various prayer campaigns and initiatives, such as Prayers 24-7 or Convocation.

Help us in our work

Over the last year, I have often met people who have not only been intrigued by what I shared with them, but who have themselves wanted to do something similar or are already doing it in some capacity. You might be one of them. Maybe you have been thinking for a long time now how you could help your pastor, or how you can support pastors working together in your city or town. Or you might be a professional or an expert in the field and want to offer your help. Or perhaps you could help mapping out the needs and stress factors in the pastor ministry in Slovakia. If you feel this describes you, do get in touch. I would be more than happy to meet up and talk with you.

Support us by giving

Starting in April, I am registered as a job-seeker. From September 2025, I hope to be enrolled as a full-time student of doctoral studies at the Theology and Religious Education Department at Matej Bel University. Yet, in addition to unemployment allowance and scholarship, I still need about €1,500 more each month to be fully available only for this work. I look for those who see some sense in such regular financial support and partnership with me.

Who knows? It might be just 52 supporters who will commit €30 each month.

Remember, Nehemiah repaired the walls of Jerusalem in a record 52 days, helped only by those who volunteered to join in his work. I believe it is the same thing today. Together, we can accomplish great things. However, each of us needs to understand where they fit in and what commitment they should make. Whether those who choose not to respond to this call are few or many, God will surely use those who make themselves available to Him.

If this mission has caught your interest, please consider becoming a part of it as a regular supporter in a way that works best for you. I would be happy to meet up with you and provide answers to any questions you might have.
